The California driver education course is a state mandated program required for all teenagers under the age of 18 who are seeking a driver license. Certificate:

Practice Permit Test:
DriversEdOnline.com also provides free DMV practice tests once you have completed and passed the course. These tests are designed to help you study and pass the DMV permit test. They are created from actual California DMV permit tests. These tests are free and for your convenience you can even print them and take them with you to study.
Permit Requirements:
In order to get your learner permit you must complete a drivers education course and a behind the wheel training program. Before you take your permit test, you must receive proof of enrollment in a behind school. You will get a proof of enrollment certificate from the behind the wheel school that you signed up with by showing them your driver education completion certificate we provide you. You must take your driver education completion certificate, behind the wheel certificate, and birth certificate to DMV to take your permit test.
